    30 Minute Assessment Review with Coach
    Wellness coach will review results of Personal Health Assessment and screenings with participant (30 minute call with coach).

    Onsite Wellness Coordinator/Coach
    This is a full or part time position that may be customized to meet the needs of the employer. The individual would be hired, managed and employed by Sutter Health. A sample of duties would be to provide assistance with marketing activities to assist in building grassroots enthusiasm and engagement, conduct onsite fitness/nutrition classes, and/or provide telephonic or onsite wellness coaching. Other activities may be performed at the employer's request.

    Physician and Health Education Lectures
    One hour, onsite lectures provided by experts on topics such as nutrition, diabetes, heart health and many other topics.

    Ongoing Group Classes
    Group Exercise, Weight Management, Stress Management, or Integrated Weight/Exercise.

    Health Improvement Seminars
    30 to 60 minute health education seminars during lunch or other designated times.

    Train the Trainer Programs
    Provide class materials and day of training for trainers.

    Quarterly Newsletter
    Quarterly Newsletter (hardcopy or electronic) – Customized employee 8- page newsletter on health and wellness topics.

    Customized Biometric Screenings
    Based on the needs of the employer, we can coordinate customized on-site screenings, including, but not limited to, blood pressure, BMI, glucose, HDL and LDL cholesterol levels, and full lipid panel with one-on-one employee consultation.

    Rewards Fulfillment
    Rewards for your employees may be easily managed and fulfilled by utilizing our giftcard warehouse. We may also provide rewards consulting services upon request.

    Assist U - Employee Assistance Program, Your EAP
    Assist U is a full service employee assistance program, also referred to as an EAP. Assist U focuses on helping employers provide a healthy, productive workplace for employees. We also help employees and their family members resolve personal and workplace difficulties and improve their coping skills. Assist U was established in 1985 and is one of the oldest and most respected EAP programs in the bay area. Assist U is a mixed-model program with in-house professional staff and affiliated clinical staff. They provide support for emotional and mental health issues, legal and financial as well as work/life balance challenges. Employers report a reduction in absenteeism, accidents, injuries, workers compensation claims and employee turnover.
